We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth internal operations. This is a non-customer-facing position focused on backend coordination, data entry, and internal communication.
Manage and update internal databases with customer and financial information
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks
Coordinate with the sales/calling team for lead updates and follow-ups
Prepare daily reports and MIS
Support in loan application processing (if in a finance company like CapitalBox)
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in backend coordination with partners, vendors, or internal departments
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
Prior experience in back office/support roles preferred
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (can be adjusted as per your company)
