Customer Support is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving business goals by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
-Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and client communication.
-Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer accounts, and order statuses.
-Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, payments, and order fulfillment.
-Coordinate with the logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
-Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and dashboards.
-Maintain customer databases, contracts, and records.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests related to sales inquiries.
-Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing strategies.
-Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
-Support the team in managing after-sales service and customer satisfaction initiatives.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related role.
-Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
