Job Description: Telecaller – Vaastu Kalpaa
Position Overview:
Vaastu Kalpaa is seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or home décor industry. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, handling sales calls, and maintaining strong customer relationships to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Vaastu Kalpaa’s products and services.
Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers to establish trust and long-term relationships.
Provide detailed information about products, services, pricing, and offers to potential clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telecalling and follow-ups.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to close deals and maximize revenue.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
Data Management:
Maintain an accurate and updated database of leads, calls, and customer interactions.
Record and track customer preferences, feedback, and sales progress in CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on telecalling activities and sales performance to management.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
Share customer insights and suggestions to improve marketing strategies and offerings.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or related industries.
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
