• Recommend the right loan products that align with their needs and objectives.
•  Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization’s loan products.
• Understand the qualification requirements for each loan product.
•  Product Recommendations:
• Identify the most suitable loan products based on the customer’s needs.
• Ensure the recommended loan products comply with the organization's lending guidelines.
•  Loan File Management:
• Regularly review active loan files to ensure that all required documentation is complete.
• Take proactive steps to assist in the loan processing and address any missing documents or delays.
•  Risk Assessment:
• Use professional judgment to assess the risk of potential borrowers.
• Recommend loans to customers who present a good risk profile for the organization.
