Job Description: Tele caller – Ekveera Construction Company: Ekveera Construction Location: 1st Floor, Oasis Plaza, Beside Rajaram Library, Gokulpeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month Position: TelecallerKey Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and suppliers. Provide information about construction projects, services, and offerings.Maintain and update client and lead databases with accurate information.Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert potential clients into business opportunities.Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for senior management and sales teams.Answer questions related to project timelines, estimates, and general construction inquiries.Assist in resolving customer concerns and provide post-service follow-up.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align communication strategies.Required Skills:Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally and courteously.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
