Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to remind them of their overdue payments and ensure timely collection

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Qualification:

Fresher or Proven experience as a Collections Specialist/ outbound sales for min 1 year

Excellent communication in English, Gujrati and Hindi

Salary : 20000 to 22000/-
