We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Bengali, Hindi , English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information,. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
