Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and generate leads.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication guidelines.

🔥 Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 to 1.5 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
