Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate high-quality leads over the phone for our sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to engage with prospects in a professional manner to identify potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers, introducing the company and its products/services, and gathering information to identify qualified leads.

• Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure that only high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets as set by the sales team or management.

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport and trust with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and setting the stage for future sales.

• Report Generation: Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead status, and any challenges faced during the lead-generation process.

• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to tailor pitch strategies accordingly.
