Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Tele sales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support – Tele sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and converting leads into customers through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain product/service offerings clearly and effectively.

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Work collaboratively with the team to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Open to all educational backgrounds (Minimum 10th pass preferred).

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Languages Required:

• Option 1: Fluent in English + Hindi

• Option 2: Fluent in English + any two South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam)
