Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to drive and underpin brand engagement and commercial KPIs for the business.
Setting clear monthly goals and performance metrics to grow users, followers, and engagement.
Responsible for management of social media agency(s) to develop tactical, culturally relevant, creative, unique social media content.
Drive revenue growth via social media business.

Developing and executing content plans for email, Google, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and community channels like WhatsApp).
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Creating amazing content copy, graphics, videos, captions, and hashtags for ads, posts, stories, and reels
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Campaigns and performance metrics to track these campaigns
Required Skills and Qualification :
Certification in social media, Graduate (any related filed)
Proficiency in most social media platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior experience in handling social media is preferred
Independent and innovative self-starter with strong organizational skills
Must know about Strategy planning and Community management
Understanding of how content works on social
Basics Knowledge of copywriting with good communication and data analysis skills
