Sales Management

· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, channel partners (SIs), architects and interior designers.
· Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of DOCH's automation solution.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
· Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic fit.
· Manage the sales pipeline in CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
· Prepare customized proposals and quotations in response to client requirements.
· Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
· Address client objections and concerns effectively to overcome sales barriers.
Financial Management
· Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts to track progress against budget and targets.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth to maximize profitability.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.
· Coordinate with the support team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional after-sales service.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
· Generate regular sales reports and analysis to provide insights into performance trends and areas for improvement.
· Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
· Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
