Job Title: Life Insurance Sales Officer

# Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling life insurance products to new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development: Sell life insurance products to new and existing customers, meeting sales targets and expanding the customer base.

2. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis with customers to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.

3. Product Recommendation: Recommend suitable life insurance products to customers, explaining features, benefits, and terms.

4. Policy Issuance and Servicing: Ensure timely and accurate policy issuance, and provide ongoing servicing to customers.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.

6. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.

7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

1. Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of life insurance products, features, and benefits.

4. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Licenses: Valid insurance license (e.g., IRDAI license).
