Job Role: Field Executive (Project Promotion & Local Marketing)

As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for visiting nearby areas and towns to promote our real estate projects. You’ll be on the ground, directly engaging with potential clients, local vendors, shopkeepers, and businesses—spreading awareness and creating visibility for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby cities, towns, and hotspots to promote current and upcoming real estate projects

• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing material in strategic locations

• Identify and suggest potential spots for outdoor advertising

• Report daily/weekly progress to the marketing team

• Capture photos/videos of promotional activities for internal reporting
  
  Requirements
  

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate

• Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel (local and nearby cities)

• Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local Language]

• Basic understanding of real estate is a plus (training will be provided)

• Energetic, punctual, and well-organized

• Should own a two-wheeler (preferred)

• Smartphone usage for basic reporting/WhatsApp communication
