Develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.  Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.  Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.  Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.  Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
