Field Supervisor

Job Title: Field Supervisor (Male Candidate – Urgent Joiner)
Location: Phulgaon, Haveli
Employment Type: Full-Time

Basic Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / ITI / BOM / BA / BSc.

• Experience: 1-3 years of basic supervisory or team handling experience.

• Travel: Must be ready for daily local travel to different sites.

• Physical Fitness: Should be fit and active to manage field activities.

• Communication: Should be able to speak the local language; basic English understanding preferred.

• Computer Skills: Basic use of smartphone apps (WhatsApp, Email) and simple Excel work.

• Work Approach:

  • Able to monitor staff attendance and work completion.

  • Able to guide field staff on basic tasks.

  • Can prepare simple daily reports (attendance, work updates).

  • Should maintain discipline and follow company rules.

• Joining: Immediate or within short notice.

• Bus transport from designated points.
