Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to manage and grow the Professional & MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) loan portfolio. The role involves handling both secured and unsecured loan products, evaluating client eligibility, and ensuring timely loan disbursement while maintaining high service standards and adherence to credit policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and target potential customers for secured and unsecured professional and MSME loans.

• Develop relationships with business owners, professionals, and MSMEs to generate leads.

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.

2. Loan Origination and Processing:

• Assess customer financial status, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.

• Explain loan terms, conditions, interest rates, and repayment structures to clients.

• Collect and verify customer documentation (KYC, financial statements, business plans, etc.).

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

3. Credit Analysis and Risk Assessment:

• Evaluate financial health and business models of MSMEs and professionals.

• Ensure compliance with internal credit policy and risk guidelines.

• Recommend loan approvals or rejections based on thorough credit analysis.

4. Portfolio Management:

• Monitor loan performance and repayment patterns.

• Identify and address early warning signs of default.

• Ensure proper loan documentation and records maintenance.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business.

• Provide guidance and support to clients on financial products and services.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

🎓Graduation in Any Stream
📈 0-1 years Experience
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems.
