Job Description

Use a smartphone to find and follow routes
Maintain good communication with customers
Cook different dishes following recipes.
Plan and arrange menu items.

Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with agents to drive business growth.
2. Independently manage FIT, GIT, MICE, and outbound travel inquiries.
3. Utilize extensive knowledge of Asian destinations, including Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam.
4. Conduct market visits, generate queries, and coordinate with agents and team members to ensure smooth trip operations.
5. Stay updated on competitors' marketing strategies and provide insights to senior management.
6. Ensure high levels of customer service throughout the sales process by being responsive to inquiries, addressing client concerns, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry, preferably with DMCs.
2. Strong understanding of FIT, GIT, MICE, and outbound travel arrangements.
3. Extensive knowledge of Asian countries.
4. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with agents.
5. Motivated, energetic, adept at problem-solving, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
