Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring credentials & certificate renewals (BIS, BEE, CE).
Tracking subscriptions such as Ceematech and Projects Today.
Handling corporate email monitoring and forwarding relevant inquiries.
Sending email inquiries to the Marketing team to support business outreach.
Submitting production data to IEEMA for compliance and reporting.
Maintaining QR codes and ensuring accurate digital tracking.
Managing the Exhibitions' List and coordinating participation in events like Elecrama.
Handling event participation and ensuring seamless representation in trade fairs.
Entering visiting card details into ERP for record-keeping.
Backing up data for PPTs, catalogs, website updates, and LinkedIn posts.
Coordinating with the creative team for social media posts and marketing materials.
Managing business development (BD) commercial activities, including:
Sub-vendor registration in ERP.
Negotiating vendor offers.
Placing purchase orders (POs).
Making SRN (Stock Receipt Note) entries.
Processing bill booking and payment releases in ERP.
Reviewing BD activities in Bangalore and ensuring smooth execution.
Handling the printing of visiting cards for internal and external stakeholders.
