With a requirement for the Customer Care Position, this exciting opportunity is for based in RT Nagar and located in Bangalore. We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries . The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 10-15k for the first month then based on performance salary will be revised and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Client calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address Client queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.

• Keep records of Client interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide Clients with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow . The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in English. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires skills more than the degree and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 days of the week during the Rotational shift.
