Brand Compliance:

Ensure each franchised hotel is following brand guidelines (standards, design, marketing, etc.)

Conduct regular audits and inspections.

Operations Support:

Assist franchisees with daily operations to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Recommend best practices in service, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.

Training & Development:

Train franchise owners and their staff on brand values, operational systems, and guest service.

Organize workshops, onboarding sessions, or e-learning modules.

Performance Monitoring:

Review key performance indicators (KPIs) like occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores.

Provide strategic guidance based on performance analytics.

Relationship Management:

Act as a liaison between the hotel brand (franchisor) and the franchisee.

Resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and foster strong partnerships.

Sales & Marketing Support:

Guide franchisees on local marketing campaigns and promotions.

Ensure alignment with corporate marketing initiatives.

Expansion & Development (sometimes):

Assist in identifying new franchise opportunities and help with onboarding new franchisees.

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of hotel operations

Business acumen and financial understanding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Familiarity with franchise law and agreements

Willingness to travel (often required)
