Job Title: Field Sales Officer - Dealers & Distribution
As a “Field Sales Officer- Dealers and Distribution”, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by appointing new distributors/retailers, maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors/retailers, executing marketing activities, analysing sales data, and ensuring excellent execution of promotion and product launch plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointing new distributors/retailers and expanding the market in the allocated territory.
Regular visits to meet existing distributors & retailers to address concerns related to
products or customers.
Conducting market mapping to implement marketing activities across all channels.
Reviewing dealer/distribution sales against monthly targets.
Developing promotion and product launch plans and ensuring their successful
execution.
Preparing sales analysis and market analysis reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly
basis.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in dealer-distribution and retail sales management in the FMCG category. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of managing multiple sales operations, having strong sales & negotiation skills along with excellent customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

Must have a Bike along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
