We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer with Level 2 knowledge of phones and laptops. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing on-site diagnosis and repairs with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Level 2 diagnosis and repairs for Phones and Laptops at customer locations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and repair jobs.
Ensure timely response and resolution to service requests.
Handle pick-up and drop-off of devices when required.
Strong hands-on experience with Android phone and Windows laptop repair.
Knowledge of iPhone and MacBook repairs is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Bangalore's geography to manage service routes efficiently.
Prior experience in a field service or on-site repair role is desirable.
Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
6-day work week with rotational weekly off
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and skill level)
Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 (performance-based)
