Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in the daily operations of human resource functions.

• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.

• Help with payroll preparation and ensure employee data is properly maintained in the system.

• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and other HR-related matters.

• Maintain and update HR databases with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Manage leave records and attendance reports.

• Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in HR or related roles.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including the use of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).

• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
