Job Summary:
The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations remotely, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and passionate about people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with changing regulations.
Support performance management processes and employee evaluation cycles.
Organize and promote employee engagement activities virtually.
Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops remotely.
Assist in payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with organizational values and culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (remote HR experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS software.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Nice to Have:
Certification in HR (like SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience with remote team engagement tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello).
