Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate compatibility.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
