Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations and policies, handle employee relations, and oversee HR management tasks. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing employee engagement programs, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
Experience in HR Operations and dealing with HR Policies
Strong Employee Relations skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the beauty or skincare industries is a plus
Having experience of 1-4 years.
