This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relation Executive at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for guest relations, communication and customer service.
Qualifications
Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Proficiency in local and/or regional languages is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Aviation, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 6 Months Experience in Hospitality or GRE Position.
