Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, acquire clients for hiring needs, and ensure successful documentation and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new client relationships to generate hiring opportunities.
- Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and negotiate competitive rates.

- Manage end-to-end client documentation and agreements.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
- Experience in client management and documentation.
