We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join Career Experts in Delhi, Chattarpur. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
and closure.
Building relationships with potential customers and driving revenue growth.
Focus on customer retention as well.
Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have Graduate and 1-6 years of experience in online sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, virtual sales, online sales, B2C sales, inbound/outbound calls, digital sales, online retail sales with excellent communication skills.
