We are looking for an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Vice President of Real Estate Sales to lead our sales strategy, team, and expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of industry expertise, deep knowledge of market dynamics, and proven leadership in delivering high-value deals. This role demands excellence in both strategy and execution, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building elite sales teams.
Develop and execute long-term sales strategies in alignment with company goals
Drive revenue growth by overseeing sales targets across multiple projects or regions
Identify market trends, risks, and new business opportunities
Build scalable sales models and frameworks for sustainable growth
Lead, train, and inspire large sales teams, including regional heads and senior executives
Implement performance metrics, sales KPIs, and incentive systems
Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of top-tier sales professionals
Manage high-level relationships with HNIs, institutional clients, and key investors
Lead negotiations and closure of large, high-ticket transactions
Maintain long-term partnerships with channel partners, brokers, and stakeholders
Work closely with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations to streamline sales processes
Provide input for campaign design, pricing strategy, and promotional plans
Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand
Provide regular reports and insights to C-level executives and the Board
Track and analyze sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence
Make data-driven decisions using CRM and analytics tools
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, including 5+ years in senior leadership
Deep knowledge of the real estate market, RERA, documentation, and deal structuring
Proven track record of consistently achieving high sales targets and scaling sales teams
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement abilities
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office Suite, and reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong network in the real estate and investor community
