Job Title: Sales – Customer Support Team Leader
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick and effective resolutions.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain and analyze reports to track customer interactions and team performance.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:• Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Experience: Up to 5 years in a relevant role (employment gaps must be justified).
- Industry Preference: BPO/KPO (Voice Process) experience preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and team management.
