We are hiring a dedicated Picker / Packer to join Blinkit in Gurgaon, Sector 30 Gurgaon. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13750 - ₹15000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pack, and dispatch goods while maintaining stock records.

• Train team members on proper handling of materials, including hazardous items.

• Ensure goods are labeled accurately and stored in the correct locations.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure only the best products are dispatched.

• Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Below 10th and 0-3 years of experience in a similar role are eligible for this position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Additionally, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and the ability to manage time effectively are a plus.
