Job Description

Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Onsite Cluster and Field Engineers:

Any graduate with 2 years of experience.
Provide on-site support to store/DC/RO based on assigned tickets by central Service Desk.
Position Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office 2016 or later (Pro Plus ), Internet Explorer and business applications in a business environment.
Knowledge of multiple desktop programs, configuration and debugging techniques.
Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making.
Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues.
Knowledge of supporting MAC users would be an added advantage
Maintain overall ownership of user's issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable period for locations assigned tickets.
Knowledge of LAN crimping & Punching
Cluster Engineer to check antivirus with latest version status in desktop. If not available, then get update or plan for update and keep track on the desktop to till it is updated in AV console.
Cluster Engineer to check latest Window's security patches availability in desktops.
Cluster Engineer to check hostname of desktop, which should be in standard format defined by ASL and check with ADS, Symantec, and Sapphire console with active status.
Unauthorized software’s, data, and programs to be removed from machine and officially communicate to user & Central team.
Coordinate with Central Team – SD/RIM/OM/PM for dependent tickets to provide solution to users.
Legs & hand support to Network & other team at Central Office
Willing to work on weekends and Holidays
