We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to users, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware and application issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Create and update documentation for IT processes and user guides.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
Knowledge of computer hardware systems, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
