Job Description

Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems

Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Analytics. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in digital
transformation, specifically implementing Zoho People from scratch, and be able to tailor configurations to
meet business needs. Additionally, they should be proficient in managing daily people operations within
Zoho and creating dashboards to provide insights to management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Zoho Suite Setup and Configuration: Implement and configure Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho
Payroll, and Zoho Analytics to align with organizational goals.
• Digital Transformation Experience: Proven experience in implementing Zoho People from
scratch and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Business Needs Alignment: Configure Zoho tools to meet specific business requirements,
ensuring seamless integration and operation.
• Daily Operations Management: Handle daily people operations within Zoho, including data
management and workflow optimization.
• Dashboard Creation and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards in Zoho Analytics to
provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaboration and Training: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of Zoho
tools and provide necessary training and support.
