Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Plan and manage daily dispatch of finished goods from the factory.

Coordinate with production, store, and sales teams for dispatch schedules.

Arrange transport and ensure vehicles reach on time for loading.

Prepare and check dispatch documents – invoice, challan, E-way bill, etc.

Make sure goods are packed properly and loaded safely.

Supervise the dispatch team and ensure smooth working.

Keep records of all dispatches and update the system.

Solve any issues related to delivery delays or transport.

Share daily dispatch reports with management.
