JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Quality Assurance Executive 25000 to 30000 CTC PM

A. Daily Work-
 Monitor employee’s body screening process is being followed across the brand and ck.
 To check whether personal hygiene is followed by all the staff. In case of any deviation provide corrective action.
 To check storage conditions of WIC, table chillers & chest freezers including segregation, labeling etc.
 To check & monitor temperatures of all the cold storage area.
 Monitor whether the receiving of fruits & vegetables & other raw material like dairy, poultry, etc. is done as per process. Spot rejection if non compliant to the process. Records to be maintained.
 Visual inspection of dry store room for any expired product, FIFO/FEFO & allergen storage, date of expiry/opening. Corrective actions if required.
 Inspection of sanitization of fruits & vegetables before storage & after receiving. Records to be maintained
 Supervising cleaning process to maintain hygiene throughout the kitchen. Records to be maintained
 Monitor if a drawn process is being followed by the kitchen team as per the set SOP.
