Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right Fashion, Interior, and Graphic Design programs while achieving admission targets. The role requires a combination of career counselling, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Student Counselling & Admissions

Counsel prospective students and parents about Degree, Diploma, and Certificate programs in Fashion, Interior, and Graphic Design.

Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.

Conduct campus tours and explain the course curriculum, career prospects, and fee structure.

🔹 Sales & Target Achievement

Convert leads into admissions through follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Assist in closing enrollments, processing fees, and documentation.

🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach

Attend education fairs, seminars, and college visits to generate leads.

Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Maintain a database of potential students and follow up proactively.

🔹 Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with the academic team to provide accurate course information.

Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and update CRM.

Support social media & offline marketing efforts when required.

Key Skills & Requirements:
