Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) - On-field Sales
Location: Pan India
Experience Required: Fresher or 2 Years in Sales / Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities for the CRUX MBA Program through on-field sales activities including cold calling, meetings, and networking
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential program participants, local businesses, educational institutions, and professional networks to drive program awareness and enrollment.
- Promote CRUX MBA Program: Actively promote the CRUX Upskilling and Reskilling MBA Program by presenting its benefits, features, and value propositions to working professionals, organizations, and educational institutions.
- On-field Presentations & Workshops: Conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops to engage potential candidates and provide detailed insights about the CRUX program’s offerings.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed enrollment targets for the CRUX program by closing deals and ensuring a seamless registration process.
- Market Research & Analysis: Gather insights from the local market to identify potential partnerships, regional demand for the CRUX MBA program, and emerging trends in upskilling.
- Customer Engagement: Offer personalized consultations to guide prospective candidates through the program options and help them understand how CRUX can enhance their career prospects.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Keep detailed records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM tools and regular reporting to senior management.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to create localized campaigns, events, and materials to boost program visibility and enrollments in the region.
- Brand Building: Serve as a brand ambassador for Medhavi Foundation and the CRUX MBA Program, representing the organization's values and mission in all external engagements.
