● Maintain and update key data trackers (clients, sales, renewals, coaching metrics) in real-time
● Coordinate with department heads (Sales, Coach Success, Client Success) to ensure daily data inputs
● Organize and tag client testimonials, coach progress reports, payment confirmations, etc.
● Ensure SOPs, process documents, contracts, and trackers are stored and accessible
● Act as point of contact for all vendors (tech, print, legal, office supplies, freelancers, etc.)
● Handle timely renewals, payments, and delivery for all vendor relationships
● Maintain inventory and logistics at the HO
● Ensure the physical office remains audit-ready, resource-available, and team-friendly
● Schedule and track internal check-ins across departments
● Manage attendance, holiday calendar, onboarding of new team members
● Coordinate between remote coaches/team members and HO for task updates, events, gifts, gear dispatch, or meetings
● Maintain pulse on team morale and support HR-led initiatives from the ground
● Assist in updating dashboards, prepping weekly performance reports
● Take operational tasks off the leadership plate: document collection, cross-department follow-ups
Organize internal meetings, townhalls, feedback loops, etc.
