Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks on a day-to-day basis. This includes addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting organizational goals through effective human resource practices. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies Strong Employee Relations skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
