EXPERIENCE NO OF YEARS : 2 years in a Generalist role
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: (SKILLS / LANGUAGES ETC.) Communication skills, Team handling Fluency in English, basic telephone etiquettes, team player, ability to work in dynamic situation.
IT Skills – MS Office
Languages – Proficient in English, Hindi and the local language
MAIN TASKS DESCRIPTIONS
HR OPERATIONS
Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Single point contact to address and resolve all Human Resource queries & issues of staff.
Onboarding: Issue appointment letter, ref checks, induction, joining forms, arranging laptop, ID.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage time attendance, leave, processing Salary, incentive,
Revamping the organization structure to meet business objectives.
Promote organization culture and vision of the company in terms of openness and transparency by facilitating
open communication channels across all levels.
Designing concurrent HR policies for attracting and retaining workforce in the organization.
HR Budgeting Learning & Organizational Development
Managed training needs of the organization, Training Budget
Management/ Decision Support system: prepare and manage HR policies & processes, master
data, HR MIS, exit interviews analysis, employee records, files & registers
Engagement: HR communication, festival & events, employee queries, grievances, implementing change.
Training: Deliver training on soft skills, HR policies, code of conduct and organization culture.
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
