Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Kalher. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development sessions.
Liaise with external agencies for background verification, insurance, etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Female Preffered
1–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing or industrial setup preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
