Job Title: Contractual Recruiter (Non-IT) – 3 Months Contract

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office, 6 Days a Week)

Compensation: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Within 7 Days

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Contractual Recruiter to support our hiring needs for the next 3 months. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close 10-12 positions per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Managers/Department Heads to understand hiring needs and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across various departments.

• Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies to drive hiring closures.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders (Business Managers, Agencies & Candidates).

• Maintain accurate hiring data in ATS and recruitment databases, ensuring timely updates and reports.

• Drive hiring within defined TATs, ensuring smooth coordination across interview stages.

• Provide coaching and feedback to recruitment sourcers to enhance productivity.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, managing full-cycle hiring.

• Proven ability to close 10-12 positions per week within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with business leaders.

• Experience in working with recruitment agencies is a plus.

• Good data management & reporting skills (ATS, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Available to join within 7 days and commit for a 3-month contract.
