The ideal HR professionals for this vertical should come from companies such as chain restaurants, nightclubs, cafes, bars, etc. Their recruitment experience should include roles like restaurant managers, chefs, servers, bartenders, and other positions directly related to food and beverage establishments.

2. Health, Beauty, and Wellness Vertical

For the Health, Beauty, and Wellness vertical, the HR professionals should come from the beauty industry. This includes candidates from salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, salon academies, nail spas, and nail studios. Their expertise should be in recruiting positions like beauty therapists, salon managers, aestheticians, nail technicians, and wellness consultants.

3. Marketing Vertical

HR professionals for the Marketing vertical should have a background in digital marketing agencies. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition professional. The Talent Acquisition specialist will manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. This involves identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining and promoting the company’s employer brand.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting

• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes

• Skills in Employer Branding

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Previous experience in the fashion, lifestyle, F&B, Wellness, Education, Brand License, Event Management Agency, Real Estate Aggregator, Digital Marketing, or related industries is a plus

• Any Graduate or Bachelor's degree will do, Business Administration or a related field
