Responsibility

1.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve EV sales targets.

2. Handle existing dealer and distributor , and make new dealers and distributor.

3.Lead, motivate, and coach a team of EV sales professionals, providing guidance on sales techniques.

4.Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to promote EV adoption.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest EV models, features, and technologies, providing expert guidance to customers and the sales team.

6. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

7.Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

8.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and service.

9. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's knowledge, skills, and performance.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and business development or automotive sales.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and motivate a team.

4. Ready to work in the field .
