We are seeking passionate and driven Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join our calling process team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to develop their skills in communication, relationship management, and customer service. As a CRA, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, answering inquiries, and providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients.

Provide information and respond to client inquiries effectively and politely.

Maintain and update accurate client records.

Promote the organization’s services and initiatives to clients.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication.

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and goals.

Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and needs.

Handle client feedback and assist in resolving issues.

Required Qualifications:

Education: 12th Passed / Graduation Completed.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle client calls and manage relationships.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,100 per month (including ESI Card).

Attendance Bonus: ₹500 per month.
