Job Opening: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – General Insurance Sales

Location: Gurgaon
Department: Inside Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) – General Insurance Sales to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves handling leads from our online form, engaging potential clients, and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion

Handle leads from the website and pitch General Insurance products to potential customers.

Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and offering the right product.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales.

Sales Targets & Performance

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve goals.

Focus on both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Training & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry developments.

Collaboration

Work with the Inside Sales team to improve sales strategies and share best practices.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Incentives & Revenue Growth

Earn performance-based incentives based on sales and revenue generation.

Contribute to the company’s overall growth in the insurance sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in General Insurance.
✅ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade customers.
✅ Sales Skills: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Negotiation & Relationship Management: Strong skills in closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
✅ Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
✅ Time Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
