Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, fostering growth, and enhancing the overall success of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
Implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share.
Team Development & Training:

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to sales agents.
Help agents with developing skills to improve sales performance and customer service.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team reviews to assess performance.
Market Analysis & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding market trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
Oversee the negotiation process to ensure that deals are completed efficiently and professionally.
Resolve client concerns or issues in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Administration:

Monitor and report on team performance, sales activity, and key metrics.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports for upper management.
Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and company policies.
Collaboration with Marketing:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Collaborate on new ways to attract potential clients and create brand awareness.
Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Network within the community to increase brand recognition and sales.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A valid real estate license is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
